Buy at an interesting price at the expiry date of the agreement

The leasing is more interesting than renting if you intend to buy your car when the agreement expires.

Interesting purchase option

At the expiry date of your leasing agreement, you pay the purchase option between 3 and 15%. You have indeed already refunded 85 to 97% of the value of the vehicle during the term of your agreement.

No purchase obligation

It is difficult to tell fortunes. Don't worry. At the expiry date of your agreement, you are completely free to choose :

• You buy the car and you pay the purchase option (and the VAT on this sum) ;
• You take back your car in leasing at new terms of duration and rent ;
• You restore the vehicle to us ;
• You sell the vehicle to the person that you referred to beforehand in the agreement.

An investment, not a renting

If you opt for the financial Leasing, the fiscal administration does not consider you as a hirer, but as the « economic owner of the vehicle.

The tax authorities consider Financial Leasing an investment rather than a form of renting. You treat your monthly fees like loan repayments in your accounts. You need to adhere to the deadlines imposed by the tax authorities in order to do this.

You don’t pre-finance the VAT

What advantage does Financial Leasing have over a standard bank loan? You don’t need to pre-finance the VAT… because you aren’t buying the vehicle. In fact, we do it for you. That way, you can stagger your VAT payments in line with the lease payments.

You ask, we calculate

Choose your car. You determine the purchase option in terms of duration and percentage, as well as the services that you want to benefit from (maintenance, roadside assistance, insurance, etc.). We calculate your monthly investment.
As soon as you agree to our offer, we reserve your car and register it in your name. You pay the registration tax and road tax. After that, you only pay the monthly leasing cost.

Protection

insures repayment in case of :

• death;
• death in a traffic accident;
• temporary total incapacitation;
• permanent total incapacitation.

Protection +

In addition to the circumstances covered under the Protection policy, you are insured in case of unemployment.

This is a form of hire purchase with the advantage of letting you choose the duration of the contract from 2 to 5 years (from 2 to 3 years for Econoway).

The scheme has two conditions:

• A minimum down-payment of 15% of the price of the vehicle must be paid on delivery;
• Belgian law imposes a maximum duration for the contract depending on the amount financed

Full Payback: in case of total loss or theft of your vehicle within the first 12 months after its purchase, the integral cash-on-delivery of the amount shown on the My Way purchase invoice of your vehicle will be refunded.
